Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
By using Tidybird you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain our referral-only role and the limits of our responsibility.
About Tidybird
Tidybird is a bilingual referral service for home maintenance in Central Florida. We introduce homeowners to independent, vetted local providers. We do not perform the work ourselves.
Our role is referral only
The provider you are matched with is an independent business. They perform the work, set their own prices, and bill you directly. Tidybird is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, and is not a home services company, contractor, or employer of any provider.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, safety, legality, or outcome of any provider's work, or that a match will be available for every request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidybird is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, or dispute arising from a provider's work or conduct, from your use of a provider, or from your use of the service. Your relationship for the work itself is solely with the provider.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and deal directly and in good faith with matched providers. Confirm a provider's licensing and insurance for your specific job before work begins.
Fees
Requesting a match on Tidybird is free for homeowners. Any payment for the work is arranged directly between you and the provider.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
